In autumn and winter, more and more people wear boots. To prolong life of your shoes, you need to properly care for them.
First of all, after buying shoes, you can apply a thin layer of shoe cream on them and leave them for a day before putting them on. Thus, boots are equivalent to an extra layer of protection that protects well from scratches and dirt.
There is a lot of cold air in autumn and winter, so after wearing boots daily, do not forget to clean upper of boots, and put inside in a ventilated place to dry in time. As for boots, newspapers can be stuffed inside body of shoe to correct shape of shoe, and it can also prevent creases on upper from affecting the appearance.
When boots are dirty, leather boots and suede boots are handled differently. Leather boots can be gently wiped with a damp, soft cloth without using force to damage leather surface. You can also use damp paper towels and cotton pads and texture is very soft.
Wipe clean, then apply a thin coat of hardener and allow to air dry. Do not blow dry directly and do not expose to sun.
Suede boots are more difficult to handle, you can gently brush away stains on surface of shoe with a dry brush. For heavily soiled part, just apply a little cleaner, use brush to swirl and clean, after cleaning, use a dry towel to soak up water. Then place it in a ventilated place to air dry.
Shoe care methods are actually similar, as long as they are effectively differentiated and cleaned based on material of leather. To prevent boots from drying out and aging, leather boots can be rubbed regularly with protective oil and then placed in a place that is not damp or exposed to direct sunlight.
