The tongue of a running shoe is relatively independent and needs to be developed separately. The general stages of language design are same.
Draw a parallel line through mouth of tongue as center line of tongue, cut a reference length from mouth of tongue to foot at center line, press bristles at front end about 15mm. , and add 20-30mm at back.
Distribute width of opening and width of lug position at center of reference length, and then add another 20-25 mm to width of lug position. The width of anterior end of tongue should be increased by about 12 mm depending on width of mouth, and width of posterior end should be selected according to the shape.
Vertical center offset is 3 mm. The top end of staggered row connects to front tongue width, and bottom end of staggered row connects to back tongue width. Based on connection of control lines, finally design curve of shoe tongue.
