1. Make a whiteboard
Change Figure 6-7 to a dotted board (Figure 6-8).
The method of making a marking board remains same. The functional parts of top include the mouth guard, front eye cap, back eye cap, front cap, back cap, neckline and accessory part. only 7 types.

2. Create a helper template
The patterns of mouthguard, front cover, back cover and neckline in upper parts should be made in two-layer parts (Fig. 6-9).
As shown in fig. 6-9, mark center position, stubble pressure and other positions respectively. The connection points will also be marked on bottom of front cover. In addition, on front cover and back cover, due to difference between inner and outer pockets, a mark must be made at bottom of inner pocket. Among them, amount of bristles on neckline model is not 8mm, but to control the contour uniformity.

The lug front cover, lug back cover, and auxiliary sheet templates in auxiliary parts must be manufactured as one-piece parts. Since there is a difference between inner and outer pockets in bottom hole, parts related to bottom hole, such as front eye cover and auxiliary part, must take out samples from inner pocket and outer pocket, respectively. and make notches at bottom opening of inner pocket pieces (Figure 6-10).
As shown in fig. 6-10, front eye cover and auxiliary part are related to difference between inner and outer pockets of bottom hole, and two parts, inner pocket and outer pocket, must be produced. . The inner and outer cups of posterior eyelid are same, only one part is open. Mark shoe lug position, stubble pressure, auxiliary sheet vent and inner pocket recess respectively.

In design from previous chapters, bottom hole was compromised, saving cutting dies. There is no upper tension operation for lasts, and boot covers and body of last must be seamlessly sewn.
3. Prepare Shoe Body Model
Shoe shell model consists of head, skirt and back shell. The skirt is a material-saving part of head, and back is made of non-woven fabric, which is also a material. rescue part (Figure 6-11).
As shown in fig. 6-11, head surface of shoe body model is an open part, and materials used are of relatively high quality. The surrounding bar is taken in form of a straight strip, which is convenient for cutting materials, and there is also a bristle on front cover. The apron should be divided into inner and outer pockets, and a notch should be made at bottom of inner pocket. Both head panel and skirt are exposed as two-layer components.
The back is made as a single unit, and connecting line between front and back of body is hidden under front eye cover. Due to effect of difference between inner and outer pockets, back of inner pocket and back of outer pocket should be made separately, and bottom opening should also be cut. Bristle marks on posterior eyelids and aids on back of torso. Since back cover parts are located on cutout, eye front cover and auxiliary part, there will be no trace of back cover processing on back of case model.

The body parts of boot are seamed, and back of body and neck are also spliced together. There is no shoe body on neckline, but only three layers of details, upper, foam rubber and inside of pocket after finished shoes, which makes neckline soft and comfortable. The durability of tennis shoes is mainly increased on side of body to accommodate left and right impacts, while cutout is still comfort based.
