The lug front cover, lug back cover, and auxiliary sheet templates in auxiliary parts must be manufactured as one-piece parts. Since there is a difference between inner and outer pockets in bottom hole, parts related to bottom hole, such as front eye cover and auxiliary part, must take out samples from inner pocket and outer pocket, respectively. and make notches at bottom opening of inner pocket pieces (Figure 6-10).

As shown in fig. 6-11, head surface of shoe body model is an open part, and materials used are of relatively high quality. The surrounding bar is taken in form of a straight strip, which is convenient for cutting materials, and there is also a bristle on front cover. The apron should be divided into inner and outer pockets, and a notch should be made at bottom of inner pocket. Both head panel and skirt are exposed as two-layer components.

The back is made as a single unit, and connecting line between front and back of body is hidden under front eye cover.
